Curry La Mian

These high quality noodles are round in shape and have a perfect firmness. The stock is more bound than normal stock and has a delicious curry flavor. According to your own idea you could add pieces of boiled chicken and possibly fresh bean sprouts. This ramen noodle soup is an easy to prepare soup.

Preparation :

• Add 2 sachets and pour the mixture into 500 ml of water.
• Mix well and bring to a boil.
• Place the noodles in boiling curry soup.
• Reduce the heat and cook for 7 minutes.
• The Curry La Mian is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Curry Paste:

Vegetable oil (palm olein), shallot, water, curry powder (1.6%) (coriander, chili, salt, fennel seed, dhal, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom), garlic, galangal, salt, lemongrass, candlenut, dried chili, sugar, spices, chili flavor, turmeric, ginger, shrimp (crustacean) paste [shrimp, salt].

Curry Premix:

Coconut milk powder [coconut milk solids, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate (milk)], sugar, salt, yeast extract.

Noodles:

Wheat flour, salt, acidity regulators (sodium carbonate, disodium phosphate).
