Ingredients

• 250 g sliced chicken thighs (diced)
• 1/2 sliced red pepper
• 4 sliced spring onion
• 30 gr roasted cashew nuts (optional)
• 1 bag of Kung Pao Chicken stir-fry sauce

Preparation method:

1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan
2. Add the chicken cubes and heat it for about 5-7 minutes
3. Add the peppers and spring onion and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes
4. Add the Kung Pao sauce
5. Add a splash of water if it's too dry
6. Serve with rice
