Preparation method:
Thaw before use
Blanch for approximately 30 minutes in around 200 ml of water
Once the water has evaporated and the sausages release oil, pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature approx. 75°C)
After blanching, the sausages can also be grilled or baked in the oven
