Guacamole spice mix

This dipping sauce is actually an avocado mousse from the south of Mexico. Of course, the Avocado is one of the most important ingredients, but in combination with the spice mix, you can easily make a delicious avocado dip. The dipping sauce is usually eaten in combination with tortillas and tortilla chips, but I also enjoy it as a side dish with any Mexican dish.

Preparation: (about 5 minutes - 2 dishes)

Requirements

• 1 packet of Guacamole spice mix
• 2 ripe avocados

Method

• Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone
• Scoop out the pulp and mash it
• Mix 1 sachet of mix with the puree
• Put the mixture cold for about 30 minutes and garnish it with chopped tomato and onion
• Serve with Tortilla Chips

Note !: It is best to use this sauce within 2 to 3 hours after preparation

Salt, onion, skim milk powder, modified tapioca starch, red bell pepper, sour cream solids (cream, skim milk, cultures), garlic, corn syrup solids, jalapeno peppers, cultured dry skim milk, lemon juice solids, parsley, lactic acid, citric acid, extracts of red pepper and natural flavors.
