Nido Oriental soup

The Name Nido finds its origin from the El Nido album south-west of the Philippines. The litters are harvested here. Bird's Nest

The nests were harvested from the caves of the swift. These swallows make the litters with the production of their saliva. The Nests can only be extracted in very high cave walls, and have a high concentration of calcium, potassium, iron, and magnesium. Despite the fact that the real soup is really very healthy and tastes great, the idea that it is made with the saliva of a bird as the most important ingredient will not appeal to everyone.

Preparation method:

• Put the contents of this bag in a pan with 800 ml of water.
• Mix well
• Bring the soup to the boil
• Let the soup simmer on a lower heat for about 5 minutes, but stir occasionally
• Add 1 fresh whole raw egg and stir well with a whisk.
• Ready to serve
