Nilagang Baka Cup Noodles

If there is one dish that you will find almost all over the Philippines, it is the Nilagang Baka. Nilaga means cooked and Baka means beef. This soup is often sold on the street in the many small eateries. For many people there it is what the Cup of Soup is to us, a real boost. Especially the tired jeepney and taxi drivers can really appreciate this hot soup. The soup traditionally consists of soft boiled beef with or without shank and of course the fresh vegetables. All this makes this a wonderfully tasty broth

Preparation method:

• Carefully loosen the paper lid of the cup noodles and open the cup.
• Bring water to a boil and pour this over the noodles
• Close the lid and cover it briefly with a saucer, for example
• Let the cup stand for a while so that the noodles can be cooked
• After about 5 minutes this delicious noodle soup is ready to eat.
• Enjoy your meal
