Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups water
• 125g shrimp, peeled and cooked
• 1 cup chicharron, crushed
• 1 piece egg, hard-boiled and sliced
• 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped

Instructions:

• Prepare Palabok Noodles by boiling them in hot water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
• Dissolve McCormick Palabok Seasoning Mix in 1 ½ cups of water and bring to a boil.
• Pour the sauce over the noodles and add all the toppings. Serve immediately.
