Sapodilla Juice

This drink is made from Sapodilla and contains no preservatives and dyes. This fruit is not well known to us in the Netherlands, but it is indeed a delicious fruit. The fruit has different names, such as in the Surinamese Netherlands Sapotille. The Fruits are round to oval depending on the variety and can reach 4 to 10 cm. The skin is thin, firm and rough. The pulp is ripe glassy yellow-brown and has a grainy texture. This sapota is ready to use and is preserved in a delicious syrup.
