Shirataki Noodles

Shirataki noodles are bun noodles made from Konjac powder. The noodles are completely gluten-free and low in carbohydrates and can therefore be used for various diet dishes. These noodles are delicious in a soup or with a starter combined with meat. The taste of the noodles is fairly neutral and can easily be combined with various oriental sauces.
