Preparation

Thaw the meat. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft. Add the meat and heat thoroughly until fully cooked. Season with soy sauce if desired, mix well and serve on a sizzling plate. Use one 450 gr pack of Pang Sisig; mayonnaise, egg, chilli and calamansi are optional.
