Kan Mian Dried Steamed Noodles

These noodles are packed per 4 pieces. Each disc has a diameter of approximately 10 cm. The noodles are often used in soup dishes but can also be used for stir-frying.

Cooking Instructions:

Sautéed

• Fry garlic or onion with some meat, cabbage, and carrot.
• Add 360 ml stock and bring to the boil
• Add 1 slice a 50 gr. Allow Mian noodles
• Cook the noodles until it is done
• Stir and serve separately

Soup

• Cook 720 ml stock with meat and other ingredients
• Add 1 slice a 50 gr. Allow Mian noodles
• Boil the noodles for about 3 minutes until it is done
• Add 1 egg and stir
• Serve warm
