Preparation and storage

1. Sauté 2 garlic cloves and ½ an onion.
2. Add 250 g of finely chopped meat and cook thoroughly.
3. Add carrots, cabbage and other vegetables to taste (400 g in total).
4. Pour in 2 tablespoons of water or stock.
5. Season to taste.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the noodles and simmer for 3 minutes. Check that the noodles are sufficiently cooked and add a little more liquid if needed.
7. Stir and serve.
