Kentucky Hot Coating
Kentucky hot coating mix is easy to use and is a ready-made mix. Kentucky chicken as we know it is the delicious crispy fried pieces of chicken or chicken wings as most people like it. The Unifood mix now makes it easy to bake your own kentucky chicken yourself, delicious at parties or for your visitors.
Method
- First prepare the kentucky batter. Mix 2 tablespoons of ketucky flour with 7 tablespoons of cold water. Put the rest of the flour aside.
- Stir the chicken pieces through the dry kentucky flour.
- Put the pieces in the batter.
- Stir the chicken pieces through the dry kentucky flour.
- Bake the chicken pieces on a medium heat until golden brown.
- Ready to serve.
