Pang Inihaw marinade
Made of cane vinegar and spiced with fresh garlic and black pepper. It is a versatile marinade and can also be used as a dipping sauce for various grill dishes.
Recipe Idea: Baked Daing na Bangus (approximately 4-6 persons)
Necessities:
- 1 kg Bangus (milkfish), cleaned and deboned
- 80 g Tomatoes, sliced for garnish
- 350 ml Mama Sita's Pang-Inihaw Marinade
Preparation method:
- Marinate bangus with Mama Sita’s Pang-Inihaw Marinade for at least an hour
- Preheat oven to 175 ° C
- Bake marinated bangus until golden brown
- Serve with sliced tomatoes or Pako Salad.
