Pang Inihaw marinade

Made of cane vinegar and spiced with fresh garlic and black pepper. It is a versatile marinade and can also be used as a dipping sauce for various grill dishes.

Recipe Idea: Baked Daing na Bangus (approximately 4-6 persons)

Necessities:

  • 1 kg Bangus (milkfish), cleaned and deboned
  • 80 g Tomatoes, sliced for garnish
  • 350 ml Mama Sita's Pang-Inihaw Marinade

Preparation method:

  1. Marinate bangus with Mama Sita’s Pang-Inihaw Marinade for at least an hour
  2. Preheat oven to 175 ° C
  3. Bake marinated bangus until golden brown
  4. Serve with sliced tomatoes or Pako Salad.
