Sukang Iloco Vinegar

Sukang Iloco Vinegar is a traditional Filipino vinegar especially associated with the Ilocos region in the northern Philippines. Made from fermented sugarcane, this distinctive vinegar is appreciated for its characteristic aroma, pleasantly mild acidity and slightly malty flavour.

Sugarcane vinegar is produced through the fermentation of the natural sugars found in sugarcane.
