Mama Sita's Barbecue marinade is a special spice mix of Eastern spices combined with a traditional Filipino recipe, resulting in an even better and spicy balance for the barbecue in the Filipino style. This marinade is ready-made and suitable for both meat and fish. Make your Barbecue one big party and enjoy this oriental spice marinade. Shake the bottle well before use so that the herbs in the marinade can be well distributed. Also available in the 680 ml version
Preparation method
- Marinate 1 kg of meat in 150 ml barbecue marinade and leave for at least 3 hours.
- Thread the meat onto skewers and grill on the barbecue or grill plate, turning it over occasionally.
- Always cook meat and do not consume it half raw.
