Carnation Evaporated Milk

This carnation milk contains at least 9% milk fat, 22% milk components (no fat). There is much uncertainty about condensed and evaporated milk. The milk is reduced in both cases so that the water percentage in the milk is reduced and the milk becomes thicker. In the case of condensed milk, sweetness is added, this is also indicated on the label with sweetened condensed milk. The evaporated or ordinary condensed milk remains unsweetened. This milk can actually be compared to regular coffee milk. Cans with condensed milk are actually the same as this unsweetened milk, provided that the terms of sweetened are added. With sweetened condensed milk we speak of the real thick sweet milk.
