BDMP Dried Trevally 100 g

BDMP · Dried Yellowstripe Trevally · 100 g

BDMP Dried Trevally is a dried fish product from Thailand made with Yellowstripe Trevally. This fish species occurs in tropical waters, including the Indo-Pacific. Drying gives the fish a concentrated, pronounced flavour and a firm texture.

The fish can be pan-fried or deep-fried and served with warm rice, vegetables and Asian sauces or dips. In Filipino cuisine, dried fish dishes are commonly known as daing or tuyô. Try serving it with garlic rice, egg and a spicy vinegar dip. Important: although dried, this product is sold frozen and must be kept frozen.
