Maussi Kruiden Massala Kerrie is an aromatic spice blend with a warm, fragrant flavour and the characteristic golden-yellow colour associated with many massala dishes. It is particularly well known in Surinamese Hindustani cooking. Massala recipes vary between regions and producers, giving each blend its own distinctive character.

Use this blend for Surinamese massala chicken, roti, potatoes with yardlong beans, curries, soups and dishes with chicken, meat, fish or vegetables. It also complements chickpeas and lentils and can be used in Indian, Caribbean and other Asian recipes.
