Mix for roti

This mix is a ready-made herb mix to make the best Roti. Contains the most important herbs and is delicious in combination with chicken. The mix is also suitable for vegetarians. Store dry after use.

Add yourself:

• 500 gr meat, chicken or fish
• 500 gr potato
• 500 gr garter
• Roti pancake

Preparation:

• Fry the chicken in 3-4 tablespoons of oil together with 2-3 tablespoons of mix and chopped onion
• Add a cup of water and simmer for 30 minutes
• The coarsely chopped potatoes stir-fry in oil with 2-3 tablespoons mix, onion. Add water and cook
• Cut vegetables, stir-fry, and 2-3 tablespoons mix until al dente
• Scoop chicken, potato, and vegetables on a roti pancake
