Mama Sita's Toyo Kalamansi combines the savoury umami flavour of traditional fermented soy sauce with the fresh, gently tangy character of calamansi. This Filipino citrus fruit adds an aromatic note that complements the rich soy sauce flavour.

Use Toyo Kalamansi as a dipping sauce for meat, fish and vegetables, as a marinade or as a seasoning while cooking. Calamansi, also known as calamondin, is a small citrus fruit widely used in Filipino cuisine. The sauce contains 19% soy sauce and 2% calamansi extract.

Serving suggestion

Try it as a dip with grilled meat or fish, or add a little to a marinade.
