Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir Fry

Necessities:

• 1 pack of spice paste Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir Fry
• 350 gr peeled shrimp
• 2 tsp cornstarch or corn flour
• 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
• Spring onions (as a garnish)

Preparation method:

1. Mix the shrimps with the corn starch or corn flour
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick pan over medium heat
3. Add the prawns and stir fry for 1 minute
4. Add the spice paste and stir-fry on a low heat for about 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
5. Garnish and serve hot.
