Phulauri mix

This snack are fried yellow pea balls that should not be missed at Hindustani parties. It is also written as plaurie and phulawri. The snack dish is vegetarian. Try something different and order this mix of chan's.

Preparation method

1. Mix the Mix with 150 ml of water and stir it into an airy batter. 
2. Let rise for 10 minutes, make small balls and fry in the oil until golden brown.
