7-minute Vegetable Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce

The 7-Minute Vegetable Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce is a quick and delicious dish you can prepare for a healthy and tasty meal. This recipe is perfect for busy days when you don't have much time to cook but still want to serve something nutritious and flavorful.

For about 5 people

Necessities:

  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) cooking oil
  • 3 pieces (180 g) medium eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) cooking oil
  • 2 pieces (100 g) red onions, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
  • 1/4 piece (150 g) pumpkin, sliced into strips
  • 1 bundle (150 g) bok choy, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
  • 1/4 piece (100 g) cabbage, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
  • 1 packet (60 g) Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce


Preparation method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook the beaten eggs. Remove them from the pan and slice the scrambled eggs into strips. Set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over high heat and quickly sauté the onions until the edges turn light brown.
  3. Add the hard vegetables first (pumpkin and bok choy stems). Add 30 g (2 tablespoons) of Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce. Stir. Cover and continue cooking until they become tender.
  4. Add the eggs back into the pan. Add the soft/leafy vegetables (bok choy leaves and cabbage). Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes or until they are done.
  5. Turn off the heat. Transfer the dish to a plate and drizzle with the remaining Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce. Serve hot.
